Paper and Presentation Guidelines

Guidelines for Papers

  • Please provide the author’s Title and Name, University/Organization, Paper Title, and Email Address on the cover page of the paper. 
  • Font – Size 12, Times New Roman.
  • Single spacing of text throughout.
  • Microsoft Word Document Format.
  • Please follow the guidance in the acceptance mail to upload the paper.
  • There is no word limit for the paper.
  • Paper submission: The chair of each panel will contact with the panelists and indicate the rule of paper submission. 

Guidelines for Presentations

  • The language of presentation is English.
  • Each paper should have only one presenting author, regardless of the number of authors.
  • Each presentation venue is equipped with a computer and LCD projector.
  • Speakers who wish to use PowerPoint slides to present their papers should save their slides onto a USB drive and send the file to
